Returns and Refunds
Products: Products purchased in our studio, can only be returned under the following conditions:
The product must have the safety seal intact, it has to be unused, unopened, and has to be in its original packaging.
The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Under these conditions, you will receive store credit (no cash) for the full purchase price.
Facial Treatments: Due to the physical and application nature of facial treatments, these services are not refundable.
